Some customers have contacted us with issues loading audio files to their RepeaterID units and in all cases it has been due to the use of a charge-only USB cable. Apparently many rechargeable devices sold on the market don't have the data connections, which will work fine to power RepeaterID but can not be used to load the audio. If you are unsure if you have a micro-usb cable that is data-capable, consider adding this to your order.
